The Evil Collector is a villain who appeared in Space Ghost. The Evil Collector shrinks living beings and adds them to his collection. He has a eight-legged pet alien cat named Dracto. He made three appearances in the Space Ghost Coast to Coast comic issues. In two of the issues, he was paired with The Schemer.
